WOMEN'S FITNESS STUDIO IN ELTHAM We Offer Exciting & Dynamic Small Group Training Sessions. Group sizes are restricted to ensure there is plenty of room to move & you get the personal attention you deserve. Because fitness is important & we all have busy lives, our BoxFit , HiiTFit & LiftFit sessions are 30 minutes in duration. We keep it short, sharp & shiny so you can get it done & get back to your life.
BoxFit - Boxing for Fitness 30 minute session. Bring a buddy or make a new one! Pair up for drills that include basic boxing strikes & evasive moves. It's a lot of fun, gives you a great fat burning workout, and helps relieve the stress levels as well.
HiiTFit - HiiT Circuit 30 minute session. This session involves functional fitness exercises, along with resistance training using your own body weight & some of our weight equipment like kettlebells, dumbbells, medicine & slam balls. Who knows what we'll throw in just for funsies & to keep you guessing. There is plenty of variety to keep you engaged & coming back for more.
PumpFit - Cardio & Strength 30 minute session. PumpFit is guaranteed to get your heart pumping while you craft a more toned look. This session utilises a range of weight equipment that will ensure you get a total body workout as you follow your instructor through a range of weight resistance movements. PumpFit is easily adapted to any fitness level. It's a great workout, and it's lots of fun...give it a try.
LiftFit - Strength Training Circuit 30 minute session. Want to get stronger while toning & shaping your body? Come & try LiftFit - our Circuit styled weight resistance session! LiftFit will give you those shapely arms you’re looking for and some extra strength to get the most out of your BoxFit & HiiTFit sessions.
StrengthFit - Strength Training 60 minutes session. Enjoying LiftFit? Then it’s time to up the ante & give StrengthFit a try! Old school barbell training in a small group environment.
STRETCH & RELAX - Beginners Yoga 60 minute session. These sessions are a little less about the OMMMMM & a little more about stretching out your well worked muscles, having a little quite relaxing time for yourself & clearing your mind to help you get through the week. You know what they say, 'Happy Mama - Happy Family'... well that's what my cats say anyway.
STRETCH & ROLL -It is as it says This is a quick little 15 minute add-on to the BoxFit, HiiTFit & LiftFit sessions. If you have the time, stay back & join us for some muscle releasing stretches and some down time with the foam rollers - it's 15 minutes of calm before you head back to the real world! Your body will thank you for it.
PILATES Want to improve your flexibility & strength? Pilates helps to develop a strong core, as well as improving coordination & balance. The perfect addition to your work out regimen.
OPA-cize 60 minute session. Opa-cize is run by our amazing Trainer Liza, who brings some of her Greek flavour to YGT. Opa-cize is a Dance Fitness session set to Greek music, but it certainly isn't only for our Greek Sisters! Follow Liza's lead as she shows you that there is a little bit of Greek Goddess in all of us- OPA!
ZUMBA How much fun can exercise be you ask? ZUMBA...that's how much fun. If you haven't tired this session you really should. ZUMBA incorporates dance & aerobic moves to awesome music, so much fun you won't even realise you're working out.
SMASH IT OUT SUNDAY 45 minute session. The name says it all! Our Sunday session is a 45 minute session combining Boxing & HiiT Circuit to end your weekend with a BANG! Just in case you overindulged.
LEARN 2 RUN 30 minute session. If you'd like run but aren't quite there yet, come & join us for 'Learn 2 Run'. During this 30 minute session, we will take you to the park & teach you how to run - even if you've never been able to before. At your own pace you begin with intervals of walking & jogging until you eventually build up your stamina & begin to run like the wind.
RUN CLUB 30 minute session. Like to run but prefer not to do it alone...come with us! You can go at your own pace & we'll get to see a bit of beautiful Eltham.
PERSONAL TRAINING SESSIONS 30 minute, 45 minute & 60 minute sessions. Tell us what fluffs your potatoes & we will design your sessions to ensure you are challenged & engaged... after all - it is all about you.
Sessions will held at YGT HQ & outside in the park when weather permits. PERSONALISED MEAL & ACTIVITY PLANS We have our very own Weight Management Practitioner, who is qualified to create Individual Plans to help kick-start your program & get you on the way to reaching your goals. Our approach is tailored to fit in with your lifestyle, doesn't have you counting calories & is most definitely family friendly.
